Shipping

Your order will be sent out on average within 6 business days of ordering. Some items may take longer due to demand and the world at large.  It’s a crazy time, folks. We will always do our best to get your order out as quick as possible.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3-5 business days

  • If you didn’t receive your order, let us know! First, please check that you entered the correct address on your on your shipping confirmation. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, please contact us at kat@katgroshong.com noting your order number.


What countries do you ship to?

Everyday Ordinary Tees ships only in the United States. If you live overseas and would like to purchase one of our T-shirts, contact us at kat@katgroshong.com and we’ll see if we can work something out, just for you!


What’s my size?

Our T-shirts are a unisex modern cut. Our tees are true to size, but if you are unsure about the appropriate size, we recommend you order the next size larger. You will still look great!  CLICK HERE for the sizing chart.


How do I return an item?

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To return an item, please email us at kat@katgroshong.com so we can provide you with the proper instructions and the address. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Once we receive returned packages, they are inspected and will be processed within 3-6 business days.

Damaged items The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If the product arrives to you damaged,  you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at kat@katgroshong.com for a replacement item or store credit. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. Accidents happen!


Where are the other products I ordered?

Due to the demand of a few of the products, every so often we will ship an item separate. In this case, we will email you to let you know if the products are being shipped separately or together.


Is my payment information safe?

100% Safe and secure. Everyday Ordinary Tees runs on SquareSpace and all payments are handled by PayPal, which is encrypted and secure. We don't store any of your credit card info. Ever.


What happens with SALE items?

Sale items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.


How do I edit or change my order?

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you selected are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is correct, and the payment method you are using is good to go!


How do I cancel my order?

We cannot accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at kat@katgroshong.com or use the contact us page.
